MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, and southeast
Oklahoma, including the following counties, in east central
Oklahoma, Muskogee and Okfuskee. In northeast Oklahoma, Creek,
Nowata, Okmulgee, Osage, Pawnee, Rogers, Tulsa, Wagoner and
Washington OK. In southeast Oklahoma, McIntosh.

* WHEN...From Friday morning through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Multiple rounds of rain and storms are expected beginning
Friday morning, with the heavier rains expected to taper off
by Saturday morning. Rainfall totals between 2 and 3 inches
are expected, but locally heavier totals to 4 or 5 inches are
possible across northeast Oklahoma, which could lead to
localized flash flooding.
