* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central Oklahoma, including the following
counties, Canadian, Cleveland, Grady, McClain and Oklahoma.

* WHEN...Until 915 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is
imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 607 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has
fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Southern Oklahoma City, northern Norman, Moore, Midwest City,
Del City, Newcastle, Mustang, Choctaw, Tuttle, Harrah,
Spencer, Jones, Nicoma Park, Union City, Minco, Valley Brook,
Amber, Bridge Creek, Pocasset and Tinker Air Force Base.

possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, northern, and northwest Oklahoma,
including the following counties, in central Oklahoma, Kingfisher,
Lincoln, Logan, Oklahoma and Payne. In northern Oklahoma,
Garfield, Grant, Kay and Noble. In northwest Oklahoma, Alfalfa,
Harper, Major, Woods and Woodward.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
