* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, southeast, and southern
Oklahoma, including the following counties, in east central
Oklahoma, Pontotoc. In southeast Oklahoma, Atoka, Bryan, Coal,
Hughes, Johnston and Marshall. In southern Oklahoma, Carter, Love
and Murray.

* WHEN...Until 300 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1051 PM CDT, Heavy rain fell in these areas earlier this
evening. Some flooding of creeks, low-lying and poorly
drained areas will persist into early Tuesday morning.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Ardmore, Madill, Atoka, Tishomingo, Marietta, Coalgate, Lone
Grove, Kingston, Dickson, Mannsville, Ravia, Thackerville,
Wapanucka, Stringtown, Lehigh, Silo, Tupelo, Mill Creek,
Milburn and Tushka.
