...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Oklahoma, including the following county, McCurtain and northeast Texas, including the following counties, Camp, Franklin, Morris, Red River, Smith, Titus, Upshur and Wood. * WHEN...Through Friday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms will continue to develop and slowly move across portions of East Texas and Southeast Oklahoma through the day on Friday.
