In southwest Oklahoma, Caddo, Comanche, Cotton and Tillman. * WHEN...From 10 PM CDT this evening through Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. ...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties, Caddo, Comanche, Cotton, Grady, Jackson, Jefferson, Kiowa, Stephens and Tillman and northern Texas, including the following counties, Clay, Wichita and Wilbarger. * WHEN...Until 700 PM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1140 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Up to 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
