forecast.

* WHERE...Bird Creek near Sperry.

* WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, moderate flooding occurs in rural areas
from Skiatook to Turley.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 24.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is falling and expected to fall below
flood stage this evening.
- Flood stage is 21.0 feet.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Oklahoma, including the following
counties, Creek, Osage, Pawnee, Rogers, Tulsa, Wagoner and
Washington OK.

* WHEN...Until 1030 PM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1013 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated the heavy rains have
ended across the warned area. However, flooding remains
ongoing in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain
have fallen over the past 36 hours.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
