Washington AR and Oklahoma, including the following counties,
Adair, Cherokee, Choctaw, Delaware, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore,
Mayes, McIntosh, Muskogee, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Ottawa, Pittsburg,
Pushmataha, Sequoyah and Wagoner.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inch are expected today,
with locally heavier amounts of 3 to 4 inches possible.

- At 751 PM CDT, Light to moderate rain continues in the warned
area. Flooding is ongoing and will be slow to recede
overnight. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen.
