In east central Oklahoma, Pontotoc and Seminole. In southern Oklahoma, Carter, Garvin, Jefferson, Murray and Stephens. In southwest Oklahoma, Caddo, Comanche, Cotton and Tillman. * WHEN...From 10 PM CDT this evening through Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
