* WHERE...Arkansas River near Muskogee.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, no flooding occurs but low lying
agricultural areas may be threatened. Continue to monitor later
forecasts.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 27.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to remain near 27 feet
through at least Wednesday.
- Action stage is 27.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 28.0 feet.

* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 112.

* WHERE...Muskogee, Okfuskee, Creek, Mayes, Okmulgee, Pawnee,
Rogers, Southeast Osage, Tulsa, Wagoner, and McIntosh Counties.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...The combination of hot temperatures and high humidity
could create a dangerous situation in which heat related illnesses
are more likely.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
