Caddo, Canadian, Carter, Cleveland, Comanche, Cotton, Garvin,
Grady, Jefferson, Johnston, Love, Marshall, McClain, Murray,
Oklahoma, Pontotoc, Pottawatomie and Stephens and northern Texas,
including the following county, Clay.

* WHEN...From 7 PM CDT this evening through Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
