* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Oklahoma, including
the following counties, in east central Oklahoma, Pontotoc. In
southeast Oklahoma, Atoka, Coal and Johnston.

* WHEN...Until 800 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 454 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Atoka, Coalgate, Stonewall, Wapanucka, Stringtown, Lehigh,
Tupelo, Tushka, Fitzhugh, Caney, Bromide, Centrahoma, Olney,
Clarita, Coleman, Fillmore, Wardville, Pontotoc, Lane and
Connerville.

Johnston, Bryan, east central Marshall and Atoka Counties through 530
AM CDT...

At 449 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles west of Kellond to 4 miles north of
Achille. Movement was south at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Durant, Atoka, Kingston, Colbert, Caddo, Bokchito, Achille,
Bennington, Silo, Tushka, Caney, Kenefic, Kemp, Mead, Armstrong,
Hendrix, Cartwright, Utica, Albany, and Blue.
