Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Tulsa... Broken Arrow... Sand Springs... Bixby... Sapulpa... Jenks... Glenpool... Catoosa... Jenks Riverside Airport... Tulsa International Airport... THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH 114 UNTIL 4 AM CDT WEDNESDAY WHICH REPLACES A PORTION OF TORNADO WATCH 110. THE NEW WATCH IS VALID FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN OKLAHOMA THE NEW WATCH INCLUDES 3 COUNTIES IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA CREEK NOWATA WASHINGTON OK THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF BARTLESVILLE, NOWATA, AND SAPULPA.
