...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,
Central and Southern Franklin, Madison, Northern Crawford,
Northern Franklin, Southern Crawford and Washington AR and
Oklahoma, including the following counties, Adair, Central and
Southern Sequoyah, Cherokee, Muskogee, Northeast Osage, Northern
Sequoyah, Nowata, Rogers, Southeast Osage, Tulsa, Wagoner,
Washington OK and Western Osage.

* WHEN...Through Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Multiple rounds of showers and  thunderstorms overnight will
result in heavy rainfall with localized totals of 4 to 6
inches possible in spots.
