In southeast Oklahoma, Atoka, Coal, Hughes and Johnston. * WHEN...Until 1045 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 751 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... In southeast Oklahoma, Hughes. * WHEN...Until 915 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 619 PM CDT, heavy rain has ended, but flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional heavy rainfall is expected. Lingering showers will persist in some areas. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
