The National Weather Service in Amarillo has issued a Red Flag Warning for strong winds and low relative humidity, which is in effect from 10 AM to 8 PM CST Tuesday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * WINDS...Southwest 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 65 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 14 percent. * TEMPERATURES...In the 70s to low 80s. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
