Floodwaters close 5th Street near the Oklahoma State Highway 33 bridge. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was estimated to be 15.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet. - Forecast...The Cottonwood Creek is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 22.5 feet just after midnight tonight.
