possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, southeast, and southern Oklahoma,
including the following counties, in east central Oklahoma,
Pontotoc. In southeast Oklahoma, Atoka, Bryan, Coal, Hughes,
Johnston and Marshall. In southern Oklahoma, Carter, Garvin, Love
and Murray.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Ongoing moderate to locally heavy rainfall will lead to continued
concern for flooding across the watch area.

* WHERE...Johnston County in southeastern Oklahoma...
Northwestern Marshall County in southeastern Oklahoma...
Carter County in southern Oklahoma...
East Central Jefferson County in southern Oklahoma...
Love County in southern Oklahoma...
Murray County in southern Oklahoma...

* WHEN...Until 100 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is
imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 956 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 7 inches of rain have
fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Ardmore, Sulphur, Madill, Tishomingo, Davis, Marietta, Lone
Grove, Healdton, Wilson, Dickson, Mannsville, Springer, Ravia,
