* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Oklahoma, including
the following counties, in east central Oklahoma, Sequoyah. In
southeast Oklahoma, Haskell, Latimer and Le Flore.

* WHEN...Until 1130 AM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1137 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area.
Between 2.5 and 5 inches of rain have fallen.

Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Madison, Sebastian and
Washington AR and Oklahoma, including the following counties,
Adair, Cherokee, Craig, Delaware, Haskell, Le Flore, Mayes, Ottawa
and Sequoyah.

* WHEN...Through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Additional rainfall of 2-4 inches will be possible over the
watch area from this afternoon through tonight as several
rounds of thunderstorms impact the region.
