possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, northern, northwest,
southwest, and western Oklahoma, including the following counties,
in central Oklahoma, Canadian, Cleveland, Grady, Kingfisher,
Lincoln, Logan, McClain, Oklahoma, Payne and Pottawatomie. In east
central Oklahoma, Seminole. In northern Oklahoma, Garfield and
Noble. In northwest Oklahoma, Blaine, Dewey, Ellis, Harper, Major
and Woodward. In southwest Oklahoma, Caddo. In western Oklahoma,
Custer, Roger Mills and Washita.

* WHEN...Until noon CDT today.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Cimarron River near Waynoka.

* WHEN...From Tuesday evening to Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, Bankfull conditions exist along the river...
and some overflows may occur over some low-lying areas near the
river. The river reach affected extends from near Freedom
upstream... to the U.S. Highway 281 crossing south of Little
Sahara State Park near Waynoka... to near Orienta in Major County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 6.5 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to flood stage tomorrow
evening / early Wednesday morning.
- Flood stage is 8.0 feet.

...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL WEDNESDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...North Canadian River near Seiling.

* WHEN...Until Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Some croplands... pastures... and rural
roads may be flooded. Areas affected extend from the southwest
corner of Major County... downstream to the headwaters of Canton
Lake in Dewey County. Cattle and other property should be
relocated to places which are higher than nearby river banks... to
avoid being isolated for several hours by water in side channels.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 4.5 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 11.0 feet.
- Forecast...The North Canadian River is expected to rise to a
crest of 10.2 feet tomorrow evening.
- Action stage is 9.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
