...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 1030 AM CDT THURSDAY... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Oklahoma, including the following counties, Creek, Osage and Pawnee. * WHEN...Until 1030 AM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1013 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated the heavy rains have ended across the warned area. However, flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen over the past 24 hours. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Pawnee... Skiatook... Hominy... Cleveland... Mannford... Drumright... Barnsdall... Oilton... Wynona... Jennings... Avant... Westport... Osage... Hallett... Blackburn... Terlton... Shamrock... Highway 20 east of Skiatook is impassable. Lower urban areas in east Skiatook are flooded. Some streets between Turley and north Tulsa are blocked. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 26.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 28.0 feet after midnight tonight.
