* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Canadian River near Bridgeport.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, The river remains within its banks in
southern Blaine... northern Caddo... and southwestern Canadian
counties. Low-lying bottomlands near the river may be cut off from
easy access by high water in side channels.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1:00 AM CDT, the estimated stage was 11.8 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 12.5 feet this evening. It
will then fall to 11.4 feet Thursday evening. It will rise to
11.5 feet early Friday afternoon. It will then fall again and
remain below flood stage.
- Action stage is 12.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Inundation of lowlands near the river may
occur. The river reach affected extends from near Watonga in
Blaine County... downstream to near Calumet in western Canadian
County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 14.5 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet.
- Forecast...The North Canadian River is expected to fall.
- Action stage is 13.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
