- At 744 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have
fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the
area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Ada, Durant, Pauls Valley, Sulphur, Madill, Atoka, Tishomingo,
Davis, Coalgate, Wynnewood, Kingston, Stratford, Byng, Colbert,
Caddo, Allen, Roff, Bokchito, Achille and Stonewall.

possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties,
Atoka, Bryan, Carter, Coal, Garvin, Hughes, Jefferson, Johnston,
Love, Marshall, Murray, Pontotoc, Pottawatomie and Seminole and
northern Texas, including the following county, Clay.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Thunderstorms producing heavy rainfall will continue across the
area this morning. Additional rainfall totals of up to 1-3 inches
remain possible.
