...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE MONDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast. This approaches the flood of record.

* WHERE...Deep Red Creek near Randlett.

* WHEN...Until late Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Valley-wide flooding of croplands...
pastures... and local roads occurs and is accompanied by flood
depths up to 6 feet with dangerous currents.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 25.5 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet.
- Forecast...The Deep Red Creek is expected to remain near 25.5
feet through early Saturday morning and then begin to fall.
The Deep Red Creek will fall below flood stage Monday
afternoon and continue falling.
- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE SUNDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Red River near Burkburnett.

* WHEN...Until late Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Crop and range lands... oil fields... and
rural roads are affected.  Some low-lying areas near the river may
be isolated by high water in side channels. Areas along the river
near Davidson Oklahoma begin to flood several hours before the
crest approaches the Burkburnett area. The flood crest reaches the
area along the river near Taylor Oklahoma several hours later.
Cattle and other property should be relocated to places which are
1 foot higher than nearby river banks to avoid being stranded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 10.5 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet.
- Forecast...The Red River is expected to remain near 10.5 feet
through Friday evening and then begin falling. The Red River
will fall below flood stage early Sunday morning and continue
falling.
- Flood stage is 9.0 feet.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 545 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties,
Comanche, Cotton, Jackson, Jefferson, Stephens and Tillman and
northern Texas, including the following counties, Clay, Foard,
Hardeman, Wichita and Wilbarger.

* WHEN...Until 545 PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is occurring. Streams continue to rise
due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. It will take several
hours for all the water from these storms to work through local
drainage systems.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 840 AM CDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area.
Between 1 and 4 inches of rain had fallen earlier.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Lawton, Vernon, Burkburnett, Frederick, Quanah, Walters,
Waurika, Geronimo, Grandfield, Temple, Tipton, Chillicothe,
Byers, Chattanooga, Randlett, Davidson, Manitou, Devol,
Hastings and Faxon.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Major flooding is occurring and expected to continue.

* WHERE...East Cache Creek near Walters.

* WHEN...Until late Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, Valley-wide flooding of croplands...
pastures... and local roads occurs in southern Comanche County
and Cotton County and is accompanied by flood depths up to 7 feet
with very dangerous currents.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 28.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
- Forecast...The East Cache Creek is expected to fall below
flood stage early Tuesday morning and continue falling.
- Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
28.1 feet on 06/26/2007.
