EVENING FOR NORTHWESTERN BRYAN, SOUTHEASTERN JOHNSTON, MARSHALL AND
SOUTHEASTERN LOVE COUNTIES...

At 817 PM CDT, emergency management reported an accident on I-35
near the Red River south of Thackerville. Between 1 and 3 inches of
rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Durant, Madill, Marietta, Kingston, Thackerville, Silo, Milburn,
Mead, Woodville, Lake Texoma, Little City, Willis, Lebanon, Nida,
Fillmore, Coleman, Calera, Oakland and Mcbride.

* WHEN...Until 1045 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 751 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the
warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Coalgate, Wapanucka, Stringtown, Lehigh, Tupelo, Centrahoma,
