heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 1 inch of rain has
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible
in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* At 212 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 7 miles northeast of Geronimo to 3 miles northwest
of Temple to 3 miles north of Burkburnett, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of Garvin, southwestern
Seminole, east central Stephens, northern Carter, northwestern
Pontotoc, Murray and southeastern McClain Counties through 230 AM
CDT...

At 157 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles northeast of Wynnewood to near Ratliff
City. Movement was northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

Locations impacted include...
Pauls Valley, Sulphur, Davis, Wynnewood, Stratford, Byng, Roff,
Elmore City, Paoli, Katie, Byars, Fitzhugh, Dougherty, Foster,
Tatums, Ratliff City, Pooleville, Vanoss, Lake Of The Arbuckles, and
Antioch.

southwest Oklahoma, Caddo, Comanche, Cotton and Tillman.

* WHEN...Through this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more
heavy rain.
