* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Bird Creek near Owasso-Mingo.

* WHEN...Until late tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, extensive flooding of Mohawk Park occurs
with access roads impassable. Mingo Road between 56th Street North
and 76th Street North is covered by high water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 22.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is cresting and will begin to fall this
afternoon. The river is expected to fall below flood stage
early Friday morning.
- Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, extensive flooding occurs. Lower urban
areas in east Skiatook begin to flood. Highway 20 east of Skiatook
is closed. Some roads between Turley and north Tulsa may be
blocked.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 26.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river has crested and is falling. The river is
expected to fall below flood stage this evening.
- Flood stage is 21.0 feet.

flood stage late tomorrow evening.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Oklahoma, including the following
counties, Creek, Osage, Pawnee, Rogers, Tulsa, Wagoner and
Washington OK.

* WHEN...Until 1030 AM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1009 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated the heavy rains have
ended across the warned area. However, flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 4
inches of rain have fallen over the past 24 hours.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
