Any flooding on tributary creeks is increased by backwater from the Washita River. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 25.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 25.0 feet. - Forecast...The Washita River is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 35.0 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
