The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a Red Flag Warning for warm, dry, and breezy conditions, which is in effect from noon today to 9 PM CDT this evening. A Fire Weather Watch has also been issued. This Fire Weather Watch for warm, dry, and breezy conditions is in effect from Tuesday afternoon through Tuesday evening. For Today: * WINDS...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 13 percent. * TEMPERATURES...Up to 90. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
