In Oklahoma, Osage, Washington, Nowata, Craig, Ottawa, Pawnee, Tulsa, Rogers, Mayes, Delaware, Creek, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Wagoner, Cherokee, Adair, Muskogee, and McIntosh counties. * WIND...West to west-northwest at 15 to 25 mph, gusting 30 to 35 mph. * HUMIDITY...15 to 20 percent. * TEMPERATURE...Upper 60s to Lower 70s. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
