Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. The heaviest rain has ended. Light to moderate rainfall is still expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Lawton, Cache, Geronimo, Medicine Park, Fort Sill, Lake Lawtonka and eastern Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
