* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, moderate flooding occurs near 56th Street
North near Mingo Road. Mingo Road near 66th Street North may
become impassable. Access roads near the Oxley Nature Center at
Mohawk Park may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 17.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this morning to a crest of 20.0 feet just after midnight
tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow
afternoon.
- Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

from Skiatook to Turley. Highway 20 east of Skiatook is
impassable. Some minor flooding of streets in east Skiatook may
occur.

- At 8:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 25.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 26.2
feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late
tonight.
