* WHERE...In Arkansas, Benton and Southern Sebastian Counties. In
Oklahoma, Creek, Northeast Osage, Nowata, Pawnee, Southeast Osage,
Washington OK, Western Osage, and Central Le Flore Counties.

* WHEN...From noon to 8 PM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses are possible especially impacting
those not acclimated to the conditions or those performing
strenuous activities.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose
fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning
or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and
heat stroke.
