Jackson... and Tillman counties. Upstream points in Kiowa County may see flooding several hours before the crest reaches the Headrick area. The flood crest reaches downstream points near Tipton much later. ...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CDT THURSDAY... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties, Caddo, Comanche, Cotton, Grady, Jackson, Jefferson, Kiowa, Stephens and Tillman and northern Texas, including the following counties, Clay, Wichita and Wilbarger. * WHEN...Until 900 AM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is still occurring. Numerous roads remain closed or impassable due to flooding. Streams continue to be flooded due to excess runoff from rainfall this morning. It will take several hours for all the water to work through local drainage systems. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 851 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms this morning and over the last few days. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
