Texas.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could
result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow is expected to continue through the weekend.
Total snow accumulations of 6 or more inches are likely across
parts of northern and central Oklahoma with sleet accumulations of
up to an inch across southern Oklahoma and north Texas. A glaze of
ice is possible in parts of southern Oklahoma and north Texas.
Additionally, dangerously cold wind chills are expected Friday
night through Sunday morning.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, northern, northwest,
southeast, southern, southwest, and western Oklahoma and northern
Texas.

* WHEN...Until noon CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.

Persons are urged to stay indoors until conditions improve. If you

hat will keep you from losing your body heat.

Persons should consider delaying all travel. Motorists should use
extreme caution if travel is absolutely necessary.
