The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a Fire Weather Watch for hot, dry and windy conditions, which is in effect from Sunday morning through Sunday evening. * WINDS...West at 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 30 mph in the morning, shifting to the north in the late morning to afternoon at 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 12 percent. * TEMPERATURES...Up to 98. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
