Noble County in east central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 1230 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 635 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Duck Creek at Macksburg was at 13.7 feet. Flood stage is 13 feet. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... With soil still wet from past rainfall, such rain totals could lead to flash flooding.
