Backwater flooding may impact Route 725 in Sugarcreek Township, along with flooding of Washington Mill Road near Bellbrook. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:00 AM EDT Monday the stage was 10.6 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this morning.
