In northeast Ohio, Wayne. * WHEN...Until 1100 AM EDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 434 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms occurred overnight. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.3 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mansfield, Wooster, Ashland, Shelby, Orrville, Ontario, Crestline, Dalton, Hayesville, Polk, Smithville, Apple Creek, Jeromesville, Mifflin, Rowsburg, Nankin, Reedsburg and Olivesburg. - State Route 302 remains closed. - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety and preparedness information. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Southern Wayne County in northeastern Ohio... * Until 600 AM EDT. * At 258 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2.5 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
