* WHAT...For the Frost Advisory, temperatures as low as 35 will
result in frost formation, mainly in low lying and valley
locations. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low
as 31 possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northern
Kentucky, and southwest and west central Ohio.

* WHEN...For the Frost Advisory, from 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Thursday. For
the Freeze Watch, from late Thursday night through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be prepared to take steps to protect tender plants from the cold.

Consider draining in ground sprinkler systems and covering above
