* WHERE...Eagle Creek at Phalanx Station.

* WHEN...Until early Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Barclay Messerly Road, McConnell East, and
Knowlton Roads will be flooded and impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 5:00 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 8.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this morning to a crest of 12.5 feet late this evening. It
will then fall below flood stage early Friday morning.
- Flood stage is 9.5 feet.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Ohio, including the following
counties, Mahoning and Trumbull.

* WHEN...Until 700 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 443 AM EDT, Heavy rain has fallen across the warned area
since Tuesday evening. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have
fallen. Law enforcement reports that some roads remain
flooded across the area, especially across Trumbull County.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.3 inches are possible in
the warned area early this morning.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Youngstown, Warren, Boardman, Niles, Campbell, Hubbard,
Canfield, Newton Falls, Lordstown, Hilltop, Vienna Center,
Leavittsburg, Maplewood Park, Austintown, Struthers, Girard,
Vienna, McDonald, Poland and Windham.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
