Backwater flooding along Big Darby Creek causes flooding of some low lying roads, and some backwater flooding along Hargus Creek affects low spots of Ted Lewis Park. Flooding of the Cooks Creek Preserve also occurs. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:45 AM EDT Monday the stage was 18.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.0 feet this afternoon.
