* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Barclay Messerly Road, McConnell East, and
Knowlton Roads will be flooded and impassable.

- At 12:00 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 8.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early this morning to a crest of 11.4 feet this evening. It
will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon.
- Flood stage is 9.5 feet.
