several locations resulting in overflowing in poor drainage areas.
Minor flooding of low lying areas begins.

- At 7:00 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 10.3 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 7.6 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 7:00 AM EDT Tuesday was 10.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late
tonight and continue falling to 4.6 feet early Sunday morning.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
