* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds 20 to 30
knots with gusts up to 35 knots and waves 2 to 5 feet. For the
Low Water Advisory, abnormally low water levels expected.

* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Maumee Bay to
The Islands OH.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 10 PM EST Friday.
For the Low Water Advisory, from 4 AM to 4 PM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Below
normal water levels will result in hazardous navigating
conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...At 10 AM EST Thursday, the water level at
Toledo was 19 inches above low water datum. The critical mark
for safe navigation is 8 inches below low water datum. A seiche
is expected to cause water levels in the western basin to drop
to as much as a foot below the critical mark early Friday
morning through most of the afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

Mariners should navigate shallow waters with extreme caution due
to below normal water levels.

* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Ohio.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will increase late this morning, with
the strongest wind gusts expected this afternoon and early evening.
