East Central Perry County in southeastern Ohio... Northwestern Washington County in southeastern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 445 PM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1011 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms fell earlier. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Perry County in southeastern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 415 PM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding from New Lexington to Crooksville. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 812 AM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
