Northeastern Champaign County in west central Ohio... Eastern Logan County in west central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 700 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 404 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Marysville, Plain City, North Lewisburg, West Mansfield, Northwood, Milford Center, Rushsylvania, Woodstock, Unionville Center, Valley Hi, Zanesfield, Pottersburg, Middleburg, East Liberty, Raymond, Pickrelltown, Mingo, Broadway and New Jerusalem.
