Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Commuters will experience the strongest crosswinds on north to south oriented roads. Vehicles that have high profiles will have a more difficult time navigating these strong winds. Please secure outdoor objects that could be taken by these winds. &&
