Montgomery County in west central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 817 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Dayton, Kettering, Middletown, Beavercreek, Huber Heights, Fairborn, Trotwood, Miamisburg, Lebanon, Springboro, Vandalia, Englewood, Monroe, Trenton, Franklin, Bellbrook, Moraine, Carlisle, Oakwood and South Middletown.
