...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT EDT TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to two inches, with
some localized areas receiving 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as
35 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, southwest and western
Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of West
Virginia.

* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Monday evening commute.
