* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette,
Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, the
following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell,
Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton
and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Brown,
Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Fayette, Greene, Hamilton, Highland,
Hocking, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto and
Warren.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Soils remain moist and excessive runoff may result in
flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and
flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Rainfall amounts between 1 and 3 inches have already been
observed in the watch area. Additional rainfall is expected
this morning, particularly for the southern portion of the
watch area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM THIS AFTERNOON TO THURSDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Little Miami River at Milford.

* WHEN...From noon today to Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...at 17.0 feet, lowland flooding occurs along the river in
Clermont and Hamilton Counties, with flooding of Karl Brown Way
near Loveland.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1:30 AM EST Wednesday the stage was 11.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage by
early this afternoon, reaching a crest of 18.0 feet this
evening. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday
morning.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT TO WEDNESDAY
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mill Creek at Evendale.

* WHEN...From late tonight to Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Flooding occurs near the Sharon and
Mosteller Road intersection, as well as along Canal Road.  Flood
waters begin to enter some businesses near the creek in Reading,
Evendale and Sharonville.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:45 PM EST Tuesday the stage was 7.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early Wednesday morning to a crest of 13.7 feet Wednesday
morning. It will then fall below flood stage late Wednesday
morning.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
